In the Kurdish mountains, a couple from Teheran try to distribute bags of banknotes.

Leila and Kaveh (husband and wife? Brother and sister?) have been charged by unknown forces with distributing 200 bags of banknotes in the mountain region of Iranian Kurdistan, which is currently under fire by bombers. Their task is revealed to be difficult, considering the recipients are all less than enthusiastic. Leila becomes angry when they refuse, due to mistrust or pride, but finds fun in demanding restitution from a poor devil who too avidly appropriated a bag stuffed with bundles of cash. Kaveh goes farther in his sadism, making two brothers swear they won't share their money. Even stranger, each donation of “alms to the poor” has to be filmed with his phone...

The torrent of rude bickering between the two main characters that opens the film is a scene the audience will not want to forget! It is followed by a warning: "Do not offer charity in vain". As the film continues, audiences are well-advised to remember this, so as to understand this parable about money by director Mani Haghighi (who also plays Kaveh). A very original way of reminding us that money corrupts human nature and that charity is a difficult task.
