Great film. Colorful. Inspirational not only about making music, but about life in general. You have to stick to your vision and what's at your heart, and that beautifully comes through in this film.

Blue Note Records is a beautifully made film. It captures the history, the humanity, the humor, the pathos and most of all, the personalities and passion of the players and founders of Blue Note Records. My early years were spent listening to Monk et al.... So many great stories! It's a sweet, sweet film. Don't miss this one.… Show more
