Erin and Garret meet when Erin comes from San Francisco to New York for six weeks. Aware they live too far apart for a real relationship, they decide to enjoy a summer fling. But when Garret takes her to the airport they realize they don't want it to end, so they continue their relationship on the phone, despite their skeptical friends and family.
