How does Father Christmas manage to distribute two billion presents? The old man has passed his responsibilities on to his son Steve, who as a crafty businessman turns the toy workshop into a strictly organized enterprise. Steve's brother Arthur, however, wants to go back to the old ways. When almost all the toys have been delivered but one bicycle is left standing in the warehouse, Arthur must find out who it goes to so he can prevent a catastrophe.
