The Warnebrings have been a musical family for generations. Unfortunately, the badly named Amadeus Warnebring is tone deaf, so he goes to work for the police. Dreaming of absolute silence, Warnebring is forced to deal with a strange gang of musical terrorists who are trying to change the world by performing their compositions throughout a city they have deemed polluted with bad sounds.
