Bright Star
London, 1818. Despite having completely different interests and personalities, the English poet John Keats and his pretty neighbor Fanny Brawne fall hopelessly in love. Their passion inspires Keats to write his best poems to his "Bright Star", from which Jane Campion takes the title of her romantic drama. After starring in "Perfume", Ben Wishaw again shows his talent for a fascinating emotional intensity in his role as the Pete Doherty of the Georgian era. His costar is the young Australian Abbie Cornish, who lends Fanny a Kidmanesque beauty.
