At the conclusion of this War of the Roses, Nora sets up a series of events bound to drive everyone crazy. In her debut film, Mexican director Mariana Chenillo fearlessly drags absurd rituals through the muck, with humorous results. Her carefully produced movie has been rewarded at various festivals thanks also to its excellent cast.
