By hiring a fleet of computer hacker geniuses, a somewhat fascist terrorist launches a series of fraudulent operations in order to, initially, steal a huge sum of money to then take control of as many modern communications systems as possible, and to give financial support to some dubious organizations whose goal is to commit all kinds of attacks in countries who are overtly at war with the United States.
