Short description
Saved by the panther Bagheera, Mowgli is raised by a wolf pack and watched over by Raksha. Because he has never seen anything other than the jungle, the child lives like a wolf, in a community governed by laws that ensure peace between species. But when the dreaded Shere Khan returns, the balance is broken: wounded by a man, the tiger promises that he will kill Mowgli, who has no place among animals. Visually the movie is quite impressive and beautiful.
However, it feels too short and is too fast paced.
Another hour added to the movie would have allowed for a deeper character- and story-development.
But even so, it was an enjoyable experience nonetheless.
