Plagued by a brain tumor, a CIA agent decides to quit his job to spend more time with his daughter and his wife.

During a dangerous mission in Serbia, CIA agent Ethan Renner finds out he has a brain tumor. Faced with regrets, he decides to quit and return to Paris in hopes of spending more time with his daughter and his wife, whom he abandoned to protect them. But when the mysterious Vivi offers him an experimental treatment that may save his life in exchange for one last mission, Ethan accepts...

In the wake of the awful Malavita starring De Niro as an old Mafioso and the super-production Lucy starring Scarlett Johansson as a superhero, there is now 3 Days to Kill starring Kevin Costner as an aging spy - Luc Besson and EuropaCorp’s most recent attempt at making a name for themselves in Hollywood. Audiences will need a great deal of courage to subject themselves to a tasteless, deathly boring horror like this. Stuffed with clichés and bargain basement schmalz, absurd to the highest degree, McG’s effort makes you want only one thing: to watch his two excellent Charlie’s Angels movies, which were so much better than this drivel.
