On a white sandy beach, a batch of turtles is about to hatch. While their grandmothers help the first reach their natural habitat, the ocean, poachers capture the two old male turtles – and two babies who don't want to leave their newly found grandpas chase after them. Sold to a giant aquarium on the coast, the two old turtles plan an escape. Meanwhile, lost and alone in this new world, the two little ones meet a young female octopus who saves them from bad influences and accompanies them to the giant underwater aquarium where their grandfather are held captive, which is managed with an iron fist and a brain as tiny as it is pretentious...

Naïve and sweet, for audiences in short pants, this sequel to the Sammy's Adventures is bland and seldom funny. Far from its target – a new Finding Nemo – it belongs at the end of the list of best animated films.
