Welsh singer Charlotte Church has decided to focus on acting. For the first time in her life she appears in front of a movie camera.

A dream come true! Charlotte Church recently started shooting in a movie picture. However, she is also figuring out the flip side of the coin: «I've really enjoyed making a film, there are not really that many downsides except they are long hours and you have to do a lot of waiting around, just in the trailer and things like that and it can go on for hours». In «The Family Business», she plays a young woman who discovers that her music superstar father did not die in Russia, as she was always told as a child. This shattering news galvanises her to embark on a career as a singer.
