For the 42nd time, the American style critic Richard Blackwell has published his dreaded list of the ten worst dressed women. At the «top» of the list is the British host of the game show «The Weakest Link», Anne Robinson, whom Blackwell compares with «Harry Potter in drag».

2nd and 3rd place in haute couture catastrophes go to Britney Spears and Juliette «Gauche» Binoche, whose consolation is that she's in very good (and rich) company: Camilla Parker Bowles, Björk, Princess Stephanie of Monaco, as well as the actors Cameron Diaz, Kate Hudson and Gillian Anderson were spared no mercy by the fashion critic. On the positive side, Blackwell declared a select few as «Fabulous Fashion Independents»: Julia Roberts, Nicole Kidman, Gwyneth Paltrow and Penélope Cruz.
