In the wake of "Before Sunrise" and "Before Sunset", Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy team up again – this time in Greece.

It's been 18 years since Before Sunrise, where a French girl named Céline (Julie Delpy) met an American named Jesse (Ethan Hawke) on a train rattling through Europe. They reunited nine years ago in Paris in Before Sunset, not really by chance. Now they are married, have two daughters and are on vacation in Greece – and experience the high and lows of your average relationship.

Again, not much happens beyond walking and talking – and again director Richard Linklater (who as usual wrote the screenplay together with Delpy and Hawke) manages a pleasant surprise: their tale of love is so real, funny, sad and serious that despite the fact that these two screens characters are extremely precise and individually created, they are easily recognizable.

Das Leben mit dem Alltagstrott ist sehr realistisch dargestellt. Einfach nachzudenken!
