On the 300th anniversary of the birth of Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Marie (Anne Richard), a prime time TV journalist, decides to film an interview with 10-year-old Tom (Liam Kim), who seems to know all about the works of the philosopher from Geneva. She suggests Professor Stohler, a great Rousseau specialist, to do the interview, but he is at first reluctant. Tom then quickly manages to shake the eminent academic's certainty about his expertise. Determined to find the secret behind him, Marie upsets the boy, who wants nothing more than to live like his intellectual paragon: on the margins of society. Go to movie review from Valérie Lobsiger
