A young physics student gets a chance to follow his dream of becoming a dancer
Image galleryMoose is new to New York. Although he'd rather go to dance school, he obeys his parents and studies physics. But then he meets a dance crew that's trying to win a contest to survive and needs more dancers - giving Moose a chance to follow his dream.
With its mix of MTV, advertizing and video game esthetics, the third installment in the Step Up franchise is clearly targeted towards its young audience. The plot, the directing and the characters all remain at the soap opera level, but as entertaining dance theater it works all the same.
