Piranha 3-D
Mutant piranhas attack a partying students during spring break.
A crowd of students is gathered at Lake Victoria for spring break. Alcohol flows generously as young people in bathing suits dance around to music from boomboxes. Not far away, Sherriff Julie Forester discovers the chewed-up body of a fisherman. A team of scientists discover that a seismic event has dislodged a pack of mutant piranhas from an underwater grotto - and they're now munching their way towards the students. Overwhelmed by the situation, the sheriff realizes her own children are in danger...
Sea, sex and blood, says the tagline for this movie - a festival of lesbian scenes, crude jokes and shredded people, all in 3D. In the end, Piranha 3D is as funny as it is disgusting, completely off the wall and never really frightening. Basically, it's fun trash.
