Les gardiens de l'ordre
Simon and Julie, two simple cops, are involved in the shooting of a colleague during a night shift. A young and visibly drugged officer shoots first, and the cops wound him when they defend themselves by shooting back. But the young man is the son of a politician and soon the two partners are accused of a wrongful shooting. Sacrificed by their bosses who don't want to make waves, they have no other choice but to prove their own innocence and that their colleague was involved in drug trafficking. To infiltrate the drug ring, they pretend to be dealers and are doubly in danger of being exposed by both the group of thugs they have infiltrated and the police... After "Le convoyeur" and "Cortex", Nicolas Bourkhief's thriller is well constructed, immersing the viewer into an artificial world where money and drugs lead to degenerate excess, as the two young keepers of the peace are subjected to the injustice of a system that protects only the powerful.
