Sherlock Holmes
After having unmasked and arrested the powerful and evil Lord Blackwood and
had him hung, an evil man who dabbles in the occult, Sherlock Holmes finds himself with time off for several months. He retreats to the mansion he shares with his faithful Dr. Watson, where they idle away the hours until news comes they are again needed: Lord Blackwood is back from the dead, threatening to enslave the world with his demonic powers. Nonstop action, British humor, impressive late-19th century London sets and spectacular special effects: this modern Conan Doyle adaptation redeems Guy Ritchie's so-so "RocknRolla" & "Revolver" and the awful "Swept Away", his last three movies.
