Image gallerySpray-on shoes, flying rats, a monkey-thought translator: the inventions of young idealist Flint have, in the past, drawn anger rather than admiration from his fellow citizens, who live off sardine fishing on a small island in the Atlantic Ocean. One day, Flint conceives a machine that can turn water into food. Catapulted into the clouds after a wrongful handling, the said device begins to recycle rainwater, transforming even the slightest rainfall into cloudbursts of hamburgers, pancakes, ice creams or pizzas. Becoming a true hero in the eyes of the local population - who, sick of having to eat, day in and day out and since time immemorial, all manners of sardine recipes, finally have an opportunity to taste something else - Flint is then talked by the bulimic and power-hungry mayor into pushing the machine beyond safety limits, in the hopes of attracting the whole world's attention, and thus as many tourists as possible. However, Flint's machine, on overrun, causes a worldwide meteorological and gastronomic catastrophe. Unsavory animated 3D feature film adapted from an 80's children's book, intended mainly for two categories of viewers: those with a strong stomach and those about to begin a strict diet.
