Have reached that certain age, Fredrik and his buddies put down their indoor hockey sticks - and switch to synchronized swimming. An unusual move for tough guys, but the once homophobic team member lets himself be talked into a pedicure and Fredrik finally becomes interested in his daughter after 16 years, who has a thing or two to teach him about his new-found sport.
